Kin Man Wan is a PhD student in the Department of Government and Public Administration at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He holds a M.A. in Sociology from National Tsing Hua University and a B.A. in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from The Education University of Hong Kong.
